Dr. A. Louis was a longstanding member of the A.I.E.P.
He was an old style philatelist and postal historian, who had an excellent knowledge on Netherlands.
We will miss his personal wisdom and his philatelic knowledge and we will keep him well in our memory.

2012 received on 10 May 2013 at the General Meeting in Verona the Hunziker
Medal, the highest award of the A.I.E.P.
The Hunziker Medal is awarded for furtherance of expertisation in
philately.
